    This office has the worst ever billing department! I have shown them for the last 3 years my bill was paid by insurance, still sending bills, I have been on numerous conference calls with my insurance with this office, still not fixed. The insurance company even typed up a letter. I have called this office to try to get resolved no one will call you back! What does it take?????Thinking of contacting Dr Trout personally this is crazy!!!!

    This was the worst Dennis office I have ever been in in my life they rob you of your money, and they tell you youll pay one price when you get there is another price and then dont finish the work that they supposed to do. And when you question them, you get pushed to the end of the line never again will I ever go back there nor will I recommend anyone to them and I will be calling Medicaid about work that they did not finish. They robing Medicaid and the patient . If you do go ask why are you paying $18 every time you go even for free cleaning why are you having to pay the $18?

    I have been going to them for 3 years. Each and every time I pay for the service upfront. To my knowledge they don't accept payments for services. My last visit was in February 2022 and I paid them for the service. In November, 9 months later, I receive a bill for over $3,000. I called them and told them that they were mistaken. I always pay for my services upfront. They were going to look into it and let me know. In December we had Covid and I had to go out of state to take care of my parents. I talked to them in January and they said I owe them. I went ahead and made a payment so it wouldn't go into collections I told her that I would see if I could put it on a credit card but was unable to. In February and March I made payments. I logged in in April and was going to make a payment and it showed a $0 balance. I called to find out what was going on and they sent it to collections. Even though I was making payments on it, they sent it to collections. They claimed because 3 bills were sent out the system automatically sent it to collections. I sent the collection agency proof of my payments and they were in disbelief of why they sent it to them as well and said they would note it on my account. So, I have until June 30th to pay it or it will show up on my credit report. I will never go to this dental office again. I really liked Dr Trout but their billing practices are awful.

    Let me start off by saying the dentists and the hygienists are phenomenal. It's the billing staff that makes your life miserable. I spent 2 years fighting them for wrongly billing me. Only to get it straightened out....yet to be billed again. This time for a 100% covered cleaning for my 11 yr old, billed at $130 because they can't seem to get our insurance right. I've physically brought them our plan that I printed out and was told that wasn't our plan. I'm going on two years now with coverage that says my crown is covered at 90% , only to be told I have a waiting period because I'm new to the insurance I've had for the last 10 years. It's bitter sweet, the actual service is awesome, it's the after headache that sucks and consumes time, energy, and patience.
