They had poor communication skills and no one seemed to be on the same page as far as the treatment of our dog we were told one thing and then something completely different by another it was very frustrating at best and the price of nearly $450 dollars was charged even though our dog died i thought was excessive i even though there is some good people there i cannot recommend them to anyone.

My dog was attacked and bitten by another dog and needed treatment. I live close to this vet and called to see if I could bring my dog there to get seen. They refused to see her because she was not a current patient. Then went on to tell me that they are not accepting new patients. I asked if even in emergency situations you wont see them and they said no. Its appalling to me that you would turn down an injured pet due to you not seeing new patients. I will never try to bring my dog here and will not recommend to anyone else. Dont bother calling them if youre new here because they wont see your dog if you arent already a patient.

Very kind, caring, nurturing staff. My husband and I showed up with our 7week old puppy (American Bully) aka Nova whom was having a issue with worms and we had woke up to her with her tongue hang out of her mouth whimpering and barely breathing or moving; around 7:30 in the morning. We jumped in our truck and rushed her to Shannon Veterinary Service Clinic in Jefferson, GA. Not long after we arrived we called in and immediately a staff member came to our vehicle to check on her she asked if we had money for her visit and due to the fact that it was Christmas Eve and COVID and being laid off we didn't have the funds to cover her visit. With no hesitation they still examined our sweet lil Nova not only that but one of the staff members covered her Bill that day. And within 30 min. later they brought her back to the vehicle and she was all perky and ready to go for the day. They done a ultrasound ended up giving her dewormer and pain medicine due to the worms. If it wasn't for Shannon Veterinary Service Clinic and the amazing staff I believe that our precious lil Nova wouldn't have made it. So my husband and I wanted to take the time today to give a special THANK YOU for saving our lil angel (The newest member of our family). Also a very special THANK YOU for that awesome, caring, loving, nurturing staff member who paid Novas' tab in full that Christmas Eve! We will refer our friends, family, and our community to use Shannon Veterinary Service Clinic services. Again thanks and we pray that everyone at the Clinic had a safe and Blessed Christmas and New year! Love the Clark's and Nova!!!
