Thank you for taking the time to give us an HONEST AND SINCERE review. We are a family owned business, and try to accommodate all of our clients' needs. Unfortunately, our prices have gone up, because the cost of supplies, like everything else this year, has gone up as well. As for the refund amount, this year was different due to the fact that the IRS gave half of the child tax credit from Jully-December. Furthermore, we try to get every client the most refund they can with their particular income, filing status, etc. We DO NOT put made up expenses or false information. We DO NOT condone FRAUD in our establishment. IF your taxes truly needed to be amended we would have gladly helped you and figured out what tax information was missing or what paper work (W-2's, 1099's, etc.) you forgot to provide.
