        I have been going to H&R block for 3 years. The first visit was terrible. I posted about it. I was persuaded to give them another try I did in 2023, and it went great. This year, it was not good back to the same problems with no one being able to help me with no one in the office. Will not ever go back again!! The only good thing was meeting Faye Aker very nicely and professional
