        Attempted to purchase 2 plain biscuits this morning before work, but after waiting 20 minutes in drive thru i pulled away so i wouldn't be b late for work. What ever happened to "fast food". Dont go here if you think youll get food in a timely manner.

        The employees here did an excellent job despite not having enough help. They went above and beyond even while rude people were yelling at them. All three people working this morning deserve all the praise and a raise.

        Weve been to this Bojangles 3 times. 2 of those times, the employees were so nasty and mean it was shocking! Tonight, we showed up at 8:49pm in the drive thru (they close at 10:00!!!!) and AFTER I ordered and AFTER I paid, they tell me theyre out of the white gravy for my potatoes oh and out of the mashed potatoes and out of fries and out of rice and out of Mac n cheese. And its going to take a few minutes because we have to cook fresh chicken. The guy at the window was at least nice this time but I will actually never come back here. Every visit is disappointing and takes NO LESS than 40 mins in the drive thru. So sad because the food is so good, expensive, but good!
