Great experience having Ken service my units today. An unusual feeling having someone that actually looks at the systems with the intent to service the units. A breath of fresh air having the feeling someone was actually looking out for my best interest. Glad I made the switch to Patriot Heating and Cooling.

I recently had the pleasure of using Patriot Heating, Cool and Plumbing for a maintenance service, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Technician Ken Edge was assigned to the job, and I must say he did a fantastic job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ken took the time to explain the issues and provided clear solutions. I highly recommend Patriot Heating and Air, especially with technicians like Ken Edge on their team. Great service all around!

I give this 3 stars because the tech was super helpful. However, when I called the company, I was told there would be an 80$ service fee, which is fine. He fixed a minor issue before giving me an estimate. I asked how much and was told the cost would be $205 due to a minimum required repair cost. Honestly, that seems fine, but would have liked to know the cost before it was fixed.

I contacted Patriot to check out a leak in my garage and to replace a toilet. Scheduling was easy with Casey. Lance was very thorough in testing and discovering the location of the leak and explaining the needed repair and cost. Toilet replacement was completed quickly and without issue. Pricing was fair. I will use Patriot again. Thanks!
