I had the best house closing experience with Troy & Lisa at Stockton Mortgage. They were friendly, helpful and very responsive to everything. Their portal for uploading necessary documents made that part of the process extremely easy. I was always kept aware of where I was in the process, and when they had received whatever they needed from me. From the initial application to final closing it was a stress free experience. I met Troy through my realtor, Dennis Asken. He was a wonderful guide through the home shopping process. He set up a zoom meeting to introduce himself and to explain to me how the numbers work. This helped me understand what exactly I could afford realistically. He kept me informed of the emails or phone calls I was about to receive to, so I prepared ahead of time. This helped move the process along quickly and smoothly. During the process of having the loan approved I felt confident that I would get approved because he was conservative during the approval process. He never overpromised on what I could afford. This also gave me peace of mind that once I close, I would be able to afford my monthly payment. Thank you, Troy! You're the best! Z
