4 Blizzards were half melted tonight once again from the Jefferson DQ. The young fellas shuffling them out argued the entire time we waited. Children managing children up there tonight. If would have flipped them upside down like they say they are supposed to they would have had to cleanup milk from the floor. Discouraging that I cant even get good ice cream from DQ anymore.

Order was received incomplete. Ordered 4 piece chicken strip fry-ring basket. It was supposed to have fries and onion rings. It only had the onion rings. Also, ordered the fish sandwich meal with fries. It was delivered without any fries. They need to do better at making sure orders are complete.

From the moment I walked into this place to work the owner is amazing but his management team does to much ! From hearing one call an employee retarded to bring lied on by Michelle saying my attendance was bad ! When I was only employed 4 days ! Its the lies for me ! From heating up sandwiches on a lid to pre heating buns thats not how for is suppose to be handled ! Its a young guy in there thats been working 2 years making only $10 hr ! Not only does the pay neeed to be better but management needs to not gang up on team members and stop acting as tho its the white house ! Ill never give this Dq 5 stars because they lied on my name well Michelle did and she should and all should feel ashamed . I can from being homeless trynna get better to come to place who never was compassionate! Do better its #2024
