        Never, ever will buy parts from the Old Pendergrass Store again! You get charged twice and then tell you there's nothing they can do about it, call customer service. Not one person in that store had no idea what they were doing or how to do it. Manager included

        Will NOT return to this store and will make sure my work associates, and Jackson County employees know the poor customer service. He dismissed me! Two trips , today and 2nd trip at 1735. I googled my vehicle's oil type. I saw the older gentleman I saw earlier and he said, I can't answer that. All I wanted to know if they had European Edge oil. His remark was ' I'm giving them 2 hours already. I guess he was suppose to leave at 1600. He refused to answer my question. No worries, you won't see me nor any of our 4 cars there. Take your time partner.
