        We loved this place last year but this year we were very disappointed with the HOA addition of a speed trap on a downhill road. There's no way anyone can keep 20mph on a down slope! We ended up having to pay $150 for going 25mph downhill! This totally destroyed the vacation that we were so looking forward to. We will never be back! Guests beware!
