I worked with Jeff, and he explained everything very well. He was a great communicator. Restore Pros had fair pricing for crawlspace sealing and dehumidified installation. They are a LOCAL company, not a national franchise. The work was done well, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased our home about 5 years ago, and the previous owner moved some walls around but didn't address the weight shift, so the floors in the center of the house were lower by almost 2 inches. This is also where the second-floor stairs and landing are in the house. Ross and his team, including Jeff, who is absolutely the best to work with, installed piers under the house (where there were none!) and raised the floors slowly to correct this issue. We had to reroute some duct work (thanks to Stanfield Air) under the house to make it happen. All of this seems complicated and tedious, but Restore Pros were pros at every stage of this process. We couldn't be happier with the process and certainly with the final result. So, we called them again when we had some mold develop 4 years later from an excessive roof leak. Jeff was able to work with our insurance (because they paid for the new roof), take my eat-in kitchen apart (and put it back together), eradicate the mold, and complete the whole process beautifully. That included putting wood beams back in place, working with me to get a flat ceiling, and going the extra mile to replace a small piece of cedar - stained it to match! To say that Restore Pros works with integrity and professionalism isn't enough to describe how wonderful this company is to work with.
