        Came out and gave me a price on setting new tank and adding a 100' of new chamber field lines on Thursday last week. I've had several companies that are very close on pricing to do the job. Richard gives me a price and I let others go. I call on Monday (today) to see when bc of the rain and if he would send me a proposal on the details of the job. He then says"I believe I'm gonna pass on that." And says his backhoe is torn up and don't know when it'll be fixed. Now it's like I gotta start all over. DON'T WASTE YOUT TIME!!! SOUNDS GOOD,BUT DOESN'T FOLLOW THRU!!
