Azalea Senior Village I & II

Tara Nash 1 review This place is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! Theres no one ever at the office! NO ONE will ever call you back! The elevator in Azalea 2 is broke most of the time. Some of these residents can only get around with roll aiders, canes and some wheelchairs. The only good thing is the maintenance guy! Hes amazing and always does his best! I will be taking my mother out as soon as her lease is up! They are going up on the rent. I was told there was only 2 bedrooms apartments available; however, that was a lie. My mom only needed a 1 bedroom. I didnt find this out til about 2 months in. Theres no security! If an ambulance needs to be called how are they going to get up to the residence room. They cant walk down there and open up the doors if they are on the floor hurt. They say they are there on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, but thats not true. The only time I have ever seen them is when rent is due, and thats just by luck if you catch them. I have been trying to get a copy of her lease for 2 months now. I cant download it off the website, like it says you can. DO NOT put your family member here! I never make reviews on places, because I know everything cant be perfect, but this place is out of control! Read these reviews and they will tell you everything you need to know and its the truth!!

Azalea Phase II has a serious second hand smoke issue and the Landlord/Fairway Management has a death ear to the problem. The ventilation system is poor.

Apartments are cute and cozy with lots of storage space. However, there are multiple issues in the units which the owners/ management refuse to address. Residents on 2nd and 3rd floors rely on elevator and elevator has been down consistently since first occupancy for multiple days at a time forcing many residents to stay with family because they cannot maneuver stairs as the management company has stated residents need to do. Extremely terrible management and owners. The reason I recommend that people not move here is strictly poor management.

Love it, love it. Affordable and spacious. Presently hopefully awaiting a penthouse (top floor) one bedroom apartment there. Everyone seems nice, love the location and the ambience and warmth I felt just entering the building. Will hold the other star after I start living there.
