I like this school alot more than my last school because of how laid back it is and how there is only 3 days a week

I'm 100% happy with my son attending Compass Prep for his second year in a row; the teachers are amazing. Compass Prep values our amazing republic, and I don't have to worry about my son being brainwashed.

We love Compass Prep! Their philosophy on education and building character was what sold us on this school. They focus on the child and their individual needs and interests. They get lots of personal attention and the teachers and administration care about our children like they are family.

This school used to be my happy place, sadly it’s not anymore. Administration and teachers: The founder Who the students call Mama G (Laura George) is a wonderful woman at heart but has lied and made not great decisions when firing teachers, making decisions for the school and for the children that attend the school. The teachers for the middle school part of the school (5th through 8th) are OUTSTANDING they give one on one time to the students and make sure they are ready for success and challenges in life. My only thing I dislike for it is there are 5th graders in the middle school section so everyone is a little behind or will be held back from learning things because of those kids. The teachers for the elementary part of the school (kindergarten through 4th) are not as great on the other hand, they do not give one on one time to the students and there are so many different grades in the same class so everyone is always a little behind. I can’t say anything about the high school section because I’m only in 7th grade. Students: Many students here are wonderful and have amazing mindsets that work great with other children but, kids here can be your “friend” for attention or to feel as they are included I know this from personal experience. You can get bullied here easily and most teachers don’t allow it but it still happens. Kids here take sides and some make not nice comments. When I left the school I immediately noticed who was a true friend. Building: The building is a church in holly springs, on the outside it looks very much like a warehouse, the inside there is 3 okay sized rooms but the rest of the rooms are very small and get very cramped when class happens, there is a outside area that is pretty nice but is still not the best for the children who are reckless and love to play. I used to attend this school but sadly I can not anymore because of bullying and not being able to function in small classes.
