I've been working with A Father's Love Home Care for over a year and I must say it is one of the best places I've ever worked. I value and appreciate the vision of the company. The owner is awesome and understands the importance of quality care to clients as well as the caregivers. I have been matched to clients that have become like extended family to me. We have a great staff with caregivers that go above and beyond. If the time comes where my parents, or myself, would need home care this is the company I would choose. Five stars all the way around.

Working for this company has been a great experience. Management and clients make work enjoyable and comfortable for the employees. Great communication in all areas. The work app makes it easy to request off, give praise to a teammate as well as viewing your schedule and earnings for the week. One of the best caregiving companys I have worked for!

A Fathers Love is a wonderful company to work for. I absolutely adore the owner & all she has done ! They truly care about their clients & staff! So very thankful to have found this company.
