the worst customer service around. in all the years I've been making candles and melts and all the companies that I've purchased from, this is by the far the worst customer service I've encountered. I simply asked for store credit after purchasing bulk products from them. I asked for $23 store credit for a fragrance oil that wasn't mixed properly and had to be thrown in the trash due to something wrong with it. I've never had an oil that had to be trashed before. But I did with Flaming Candle! My normal supplier was out of the scent which caused me to buy it elsewhere and when I did it ruined a small bunch of melts and candles. I tossed em in the trash after taking photos to show. I tried using the fragrance in two waxes thinking it was me or something I did wrong, but the truth is the oil was bad or not mixed with the right chemical or something it was a BAD oil. I wish I read reviews before I purchased from them. I can't believe they refused store credit to me I didn't even ask for a refund. Be careful what you buy from them and make sure to test if it's a new product to you. I'm left with a whole pound of BAD fragrance oil. I tried it in wax I bought directly from them as well as my other type of wax and it performed exactly as bad in both. the wax was ruined it and it has nothing to do with the smell itself it is causing mega discoloration and an oily residue like it won't fully mix. this is what their wonderful customer service Kathryn had to say.. The Flaming Candle Company is not responsible for unsatisfactory results from using any of our products in any of your recipes.

I ordered 8 oz tins from this company, my order was late and I had several orders to fufill. I've been making candles for over 7 years and have never experienced this issue. I poured multiple sizes at the same time, 4 oz from candlescience and 8 oz from flaming candle, using the same wick stickers and when I poured the wax the tins from flaming candle immediate released the wick and it was floating in the container. I ruined a lot of wax and fragrance trying to fix the issue, I even tried using alcohol to clean the inside and a super 3M metal adhesive tape and no luck. Called Flaming Candle and the customer service was argumentative and refused to offer a refund until they had pictures and I would have to pay return shipping. I'll never order from this company again. Worst experience ever.
