My truck went in for an oil leak and come to find out it was the valve cover gasket. I said okay fix it. Pay over 700$ and leave, couple days go by and I still smell burning oil in my cabin. Lift the hood up as a basic mechanic I am. They dont double check their work let alone their shop foreman doing a final check. A long piece of tubing was left in the engine bay after they replaced it because its snapped. I cant locate the oil leak that wasnt fixed so I stuck dye in it myself and find that the solenoids are leaking oil from their gasket due to the valve cover sitting on top of them. Further checking this, they didnt ensure the valve cover was seated correctly not only around the solenoid hole but the spark plug holes as well. I pull out the ignition coils to find oil in the closest one to the solenoid hole and this is where I also find the cover wasnt seated correctly. I call several times to take it back in and keep getting told if it wasnt beginning of the week it will be sitting in the lot because due to wkd and holidays, they tell me to wait and wait but I have a schedule too. I would of ouch rather hear to drop it off and well get to it asap. Now if I was a shop owner, and if a customer has already paid for work to be done, to find out they didnt fix it, I would want them to bring it in asap. I also diagnosed it myself to be the vacuum pump. Unprofessional! As a senior enlisted NCO I advise you Soldiers to double check the work to be done on your Car either before paying or immediately after!! Not waiting to drive my vehicle, Ill do the work my self. So pissed I wasted my time and money. Reference the photos attached, that oil came from an ignition coil when I pulled it out on the cover, and youll notice on both pics the holes arnt seated correctly.

If your getting your car fixed thru an insurance claim ABSOLUTELY DO NOT take it to this shop he was rude to the insurance company and me and was very difficult to work with and then refused to do any further work on the car resulting in me having to find another shop if your a female don't go here he change the prices of the work he did do twice and the car still wasn't working , he then proceeded to tell me insurance company he didnt know if the damage was even related to the claim which was definitely not true this whole ordeal has push my car recovery process back the way i was treated here is absolutely ridiculous!
