I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Holtzman Real Estate Services and their agent, Paige Vines, and I must say that the level of customer service provided was highly unsatisfactory. As my sister, who is currently serving overseas, was in need of finding a home, she reached out to Holtzman Real Estate Services for assistance. Initially, things seemed promising as my sister's application was accepted, and she began the home search process with Paige. However, the situation quickly took a turn for the worse. After finding a house that she fell in love with, my sister was informed by Paige the next day that it was no longer available. This was extremely disappointing and left us feeling misled. To make matters worse, when my sister inquired about alternative payment options for securing another property, Paige failed to respond. Despite sending a text message asking for clarification, my sister received no reply. It was later revealed that Paige was out for lunch at the time, but even upon her return, she neglected to provide any response or update. The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by Paige was truly disheartening. It was only after my sister contacted Paige the following day that she learned the house is no longer available. This news was particularly distressing as my sister is scheduled to return home in just ten days and was counting on securing a place to live for herself and her son. Throughout this entire ordeal, I have not received a single apology from anyone at Holtzman Real Estate Services. Even when I spoke with Sandy, the manager, she seemed defensive and failed to acknowledge the mistakes made by Paige and the company. All I wanted was a clear understanding of the process and an explanation for what had happened, but instead, I was met with indifference. The lack of accountability and failure to own up to their errors is truly disappointing. It is disheartening to see a company that prides itself on providing real estate services fail so miserably in terms of customer service. A simple apology and acknowledgment of their mistakes would have gone a long way in rectifying the situation, but unfortunately, that was not the case. In conclusion, my experience with Holtzman Real Estate Services and Paige Vines was nothing short of a letdown. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability displayed by the company is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to reconsider using their services if they value a positive customer experience.

Would recommend this company to everyone. From the ladies in the office to the inspectors, everyone has the utmost form of professionalism. Samantha was the biggest help while doing the Maintenace inspection, pointed out everything that could be done inside the property to keep it up to Holtzman standards. If you are in the Hinesville area or relocating to Fort Stewart, give the ladies up at the office a call, they go above and beyond to help their applicants.
