A Plus Realty has provided me and my family with Realty services as a property manager for the past 6 years! Every question or situation the has came to their or my attention, has always been handled in a quick, yet professionally analyzed matter that had my better interest in mind. All files and or recorded or stored paperwork/documents that was requested, has always been accessible to me at my every need. Rather being 2-3 states away, or 6,000 miles away, my wife and I have never felt that our properties were unsecured or unkept while in their care. All issues with the properties, i.e. water leaks, clogged garbage disposer, broken fence etc., has always been presesnted to me with optional solutions with approximates quote attached. I have always felt like my time, property, business and my opinion was respected and put first in every case. A Plus Realty has always performed in such of a manner over the years that we felt that no one else could even come close to performing on their level. It was because of this, and the fact we feel that our most valuable asset is safeguarded in their possesion, is why we tasked them with finding our forever and dream home! The process, that was traumatic in the past with previous establishments was simplified and unflawed with A Plus Realty. My wife and I presented our wants, needs and desires to none other than Mrs. Lafonya Hughes Mayfeild and her skilled and talented team. She immediately sent us multiple homes to chose from via email and within hours we had several houses picked and appointed for viewing via live video because we were out of the state. Needless to say, there has not been a road untraveled or rock unturned when it comes to Real Estate and A Plus Realty. They even assisted in finding a realtor for the selling of my property in another state, which seem to be a direct representation of the same professionalism I was accustomed to with A Plus!! This allowed us to sell our out of state house and purchase our forever home. Mrs. Lafonya Hughes Mayfield, owner of A Plus Realty Group is a one stop shop, who puts the client and their needs first! Her committment aswell as her team of talented professionals is the reason for my real estate success and happiness!! I would love to have the keys to the house. But they say they've lost them and don't get me started on the problems the house has that they didn't know about, it's only a dry well and a flooding bathroom.
