While I acknowledge that pet stores may inherently have distinctive odors, the overpowering stench here was unparalleled. It's not simply a matter of being a pet store; rather, it's indicative of inadequate cleaning practices. Other pet stores manage to maintain a pleasant aroma, underscoring the importance of proper sanitation. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the overall appeal and customer experience of the store.

        Clean, with friendly staff. My first experience with PetSmart. We have PetCo at home. Prices and inventory are comparable. They had exactly what I was looking for.
