The office staff are VERY rude & unprofessional. Went in as a new patient, all they did was take an X-ray. Not even a teeth clean was done.

Today my wife went with my two kids who had to miss school for the appointment and were turned away by the very rude receptionist after waiting nearly a month for the appointment. The school didnt send the x rays and they were unmoved and rude. I will make sure to let my friends and family know about the treatment my family received.

Its literally impossible to get in contact with these people after calling ALL DAY. The minute they finally call back as Im at work they dont even bother to leave a voicemail and stop answering the phone once again. It shouldnt be this difficult to schedule a simple appointment period.

Been going to Dr. Lyle 25 years....great Dentist and great Staff! Knows what he is doing!
