I had an appointment today scheduled for 2:30 at the brow bar. I walked in the door at 2:25 and told one of the girls that I had an appointment at 2:30 and showed them text/email confirming it. The girl at the brow bar placed a walk in over my already booked time slot, pushing my appointment back 30 minutes! I was not very happy! The manger I spoke with did nothing to help the situation, or to make things right other than an Im sorry. Then once I was able to have my brows done, the girl hardly said two words to me, and refused to fix my brows that were not even at all. Will be finding somewhere else to have my brows done. Not a way to conduct business, and very unprofessional!!

I wanted to give this place a chance because I understand how bad reviews can affect a business. I booked an eyebrow wax appointment and I got a call less than 24 hours in advance saying she could only tweeze my eyebrows and not wax them with no explanation.

I went into this store to pay cash for a pair of tweezers....what should have been a simple easy transaction. When I went to pay for them I was asked for my phone number, I replied that I did not wish to give my phone number, and could I just pay cash and be on my way? The girl laughed at me, so I asked her to call the manager. The manager came and rang me up, and took my cash. The girl kept ranting to the manager about how rude and racist I had been to her....what??? How sad.
