I would recommend a half star if I could. I would not recommend any future tenants to these properties if you do not want to be scammed out of your money. Recently I moved out of these properties in January and put in a 60 day vacate notice. Instead of being charged prorated rent, I was told due to my early termination of lease, I would have to pay an additional two months of rent plus a termination fee which is another month rent. So I was paying for a place for essentially 90 days after I no longer physically stayed in the property. This is the biggest scam I have seen in awhile. Not to mention, I was also charged for water and sewage fees an additional 60 days as well although I had paid those fees with my rent. The property managers said this was the agreement based off my lease but I have never seen residents have to pay rent up until the lease expires. And these folks had the nerve to call me and ask was I going to renew my lease. Absolutely not! My stay there was also crowded with loud and nasty neighbors. At one point, I had neighbors above me who were nasty and loud and created several incidents of water damage in my apartment. Maintenance did fix it however those tenants stayed for at least six months until they moved out. I made several email and call complaints to the property managers. About two months after they moved, another set of tenants moved in above me. Again these people were extremely loud, moving and scraping things around the apartment at all times of night. Mind you, quiet hours were supposed to be from 10-8am daily. That never happened in my building. Another challenge living here was the vicious animals that people own. Many days I saw a number of tenants walking these vicious pit bulls around the property with no leash. This was scary to me as I had a small child. Not to mention the tenants allowed their animals to urinate and poop all around the areas so it was unsafe to even walk around in the grass. The property had what you called valet trash. This was were someone would come at night on certain days and pick up your trash by your door. The issue was they would only grab two trash bags and not take any boxes. So you essentially still had to take out your own trash yet the property was charging you $25 for this. There was not an option to opt out either. The internet was controlled by a third party company and was always going out. Again this fee was also included in rent and was $75. From this experience, I would caution other people to be mindful of what you are signing especially if you are military. I do not want anyone else to go through what I did at this property.

As a long time resident of Liberty Club Apartments I can say this is a great place to live. Any issue(s) though minor (in my experience) have been resolved within a timely manner, the staff has always been professional with me whenever I came into their office. I'd like to personally thank the staff I have met while staying here, it's been wonderful.

AMAZING STAFF!! I been living here for about 6 months and I could not love it more, i love the inside and outside of the apartment, everything has worked perfectly and have not had any problems, the staff are so kind and would recommend this place 100%
