Brown Haven Homes: Hiawassee Office

Brown Haven homes came recommended by a friend, and we contracted with them about four years ago to build our new home near Lake Burton. The entire experience was very smooth, everyone at Brown Haven was a pleasure to work with. Our main point of contact was the foreman for our project - Damon Crowder. Despite it being Covid season all the materials were made on time for all the subs to do their work when scheduled, and everything went seamlessly. After four years our home still looks great and we have had no problems at all. Thanks Brown Haven!

We had the pleasure of working with Subrina, Stephanie and Kaitlyn to help us pick and outfit our soon-to-be new home! They were thorough, professional and, most importantly, patient as we went through all of the potential options for the home and ensured that we had the best experience possible. They made sure that we had a pleasant experience and that we will have an amazing home!

I cannot say enough about the entire staff at the Hiawassee office. Subrina took the hassle and out of the building process by guiding us along step by step in selecting our home design and making modifications. She is extremely knowledgeable and actually made the process fun. Stephanie, in the design studio, has a great eye and was very patient with us as we made all of our design selections. She also made the process fun. Tracy, who works in the office, took good care of us whenever we visited. Tom jumped in to help us when we hit a snag with our dock permitting though clearly he didn't have to. Our lot is very narrow and some of the guys who work on site development came out early on to help us determine if the home design that we liked would fit on the lot. They suggested modifications that they could make that would make it work. All of these folks go above and beyond to make the building process smooth and enjoyable.

Cannot speak highly enough about this company and about the Hiawassee team! They have gone above and beyond to make what could be a daunting experience, an easy and enjoyable one! The staff is friendly, caring and aim to please. We are looking forward to beginning the building process with Brown Haven and enjoying our forever home in NGA that is built to last. WOW! We are so excited to move into our Brown Haven Home (Gallatin model). From our first meeting with Subrina, to selections with Stephanie, to the Pre-Construction with Tom, Brown Haven has it down pat! Being a fixed-price builder, there are no surprises and they cover every base of the of buying process. Very organized operation, and really enjoyed the new home binder that was provided to help keep everything up to date. Really enjoyed the "MyHomeStory" updates and photos from our GC Cody, during the whole building process, as we live in FL. We would highly recommend BH homes to everyone! Check 'em out! you won't be disappointed.
