Second time going to this dentist and 1. I love its black owned. 2. Everyone is very nice and will get you in and out. My appointment today was @10:00 am so I walk in 9:30 ish to be early soon as I check in Im called back and Im out @10:07 (I just had a cleaning) but still its clean and I just love it here

Had a tooth break in half and she got me in same day. she got me in and out in less than 45 minutes and no pain was felt when she pulled my tooth out. very nice people working there 100% would use again and recommend. this is the second tooth i have had pulled and this experience was great in comparison to the last place I had a tooth pulled.

Terrible service! First of all the Office Manager is not friendly at all and comes across to be rude! Then Dr. Jenkins herself is not a good dentist! My husband and I have nothing but problems with our teeth that Dr. Jenkins should have noticed while cleaning our teeth. We were patients of hers for years and would faithfully get our teeth cleaned every 6 months and X-rays done. Dr. Jenkins herself also cleaned our teeth and would say no issues see you in 6 month only to find out there were issue and we are having to pay more money and see specialist as a result of this. If she would have done her job we wouldn't have the issues we're having. It's not only costing us with money but time! Time is money! Definately didn't do her job! Not recommemded!

I normally do not give a review but the unprofessionalism is one to note. Once I arrived to the office the front desk lady was on the phone her cell with a personal call with a family member, she never acknowledged me. Once her call was over with she then acknowledged me. I arrived at 807am the hygienist called me back at 850am however dr Jenkins told her she wasnt ready for me so back to the waiting area I waited. So at 857am I asked the front desk clerk what time will I be seen for a cleaning and to check for me I have been waiting for almost 1 hour. The front clerk was very unprofessional in her response to me and she did not care or checked with any one to find out. So I got up and left. Me and fam wont be visiting Dr. Jenkins office ever. There were several people for 8am appointments, she over books and have u waiting and some complains about being jumped in front of others.

To my Doctors Jenkins I appreciate everything thing you done for me my teeth look good and clean and healthy. I been in Augusta for almost eight years and been robbed out of my money and I went to help she is reasonable and a professional and caring her and her staff are wonderful peoples .I couldnt ask for better because she is the best in Augusta Georgia. some people that come already have problems. With there mouth and she there to fix your problem. Give her a chance to fix it so you can smile here is a perfect example look at my mouth. I can smile again because of her. You better come where it can get fix right and feel better about yourself Thank you Queen Jenkins
