        Not all but one lady seats in the little space to the right when you walk in is one of the rudest persons in a bank I have ever stepped into in my life smart comments whole time I was there even when I walked out door she had something smart to say I see why I dont have account at this bank I have been to other locations but this one tops them all all because of her I will never step foot in this bank again like Elvis said dont be cruel.

        I could not be more pleased with my banking experience! All the staff at the Hephzibah branch are knowledgeable, helpful and will go above and beyond to resolve any issues!!

        BEWARE of Regions Bank! They have mishandled our accounts twice! Sending money (UNAUTHORIZED!) via check to our partner companies in other countries. The check never arrived. We had tens of thousands of dollars that we could not access due to negligence. I have tried to close the account with them for over a month now and they simply do not respond to emails or phone calls. Because I cannot reach them via email nor per phone, I am reaching out here on social media to hopefully receive attention. I switched to Mercury Bank! Highly recommend.
