Pinnacle Place Apartments

This place is horrible. The appliances are outdated and barely function. The counter tops and cabinets are damaged and not fully functional. majority of the windows dont work and the screens need replaced. The bugs are awful and they make you pay for pest control that you dont receive. When you go to the office the property manager dont care at all about your concerns. Currently looking to buy a house and Im out of here. Anyone who Is accustomed to living decent do not live out here long. Im just hitting a year and its time to go

Management is never permanent and the property manager cant be reached unless someone from the office calls. Whoever they have as a temporary manager which is like 6th one in two years, should go back to training. They openly talk about the tenants because they talked about me while on a call and didnt mute the phone. Management is never in the office! And youll be paying $1200+ for a two bedroom and not the price you see ! GO ELSEWHERE! For the price

This place is not great my sister just moved in probably two months ago and her floor is leaking the HVAC IS DAMAGE AND IS DAMAGING ALL OF HER PROPERTY IF ANYONE KNOW THE COMPANY THST OWNS THESE APARTMENTS PLEASE HELP US BECAUSE ITS GETTING WORST DONT MOVE HERE

DO NOOOOOOT MOVE HERE! My lease is up in April 2023 and I CANNOT wait! I want to break it so bad but I'm being patient! I've unfortunately been there for 2 years and I absolutely hate it. I needed a place to stay for a reasonable price so I moved in. When I did the walk through it was dirty, dead bugs were on the floor, etc. but I dusted and cleaned up what I could and settled in...THE WALLS DO NOT CONNECT TO THE FLOOR, BUGS were horrible at first (still have them but not as bad as I did when I first moved in, water damage on the ceilings, and the new/old stuff like a "REMODEL" was started but never finished! I don't even recommend anyone to move here if they are desperate. That is how bad this place is!!!!!!! MANAGEMENT SUCK. Like she isn't a rude lady but she honestly don't care about concerns and will have you doing maintenance on your own place. They don't install bulbs and I had to change my own air filter out. It is an apartment complex so maintenance should do that!!!!! Please look at your options and go elsewhere! I really want OSHA to check these apartments out and just demolish the place with compensation to the tenants!

Tasha the manager for pinnacle place is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFULLLL. She has no respect or care for customer service. Roaches is literally all over the place and when I make a complaint she tells me "she don't want to hear it". Pinnacle Place Apartments is not a healthy environment to live in. If anyone ask me would I recommend it i'll 100% say NOOOO!!!!! 0 out of 10
