        Just recently moved out of this place after 2 years of living here and it was possibly the worst experience at an apartment that me and my partner has ever had. Constant issues with AC that were "fixed" but then the issues would come back a month later and they would just be like "oh well you know if it's not over 80 in your apartment then it's not an issue"... Well once it's over 80 in our apartment and they still wouldn't do anything!! The hallways were always dirty. Washer and dryer constantly being broken in one way or another. Thin walls ...you can hear your neighbors do literally everything. Previous management was subpar and because they were the ones taking care of the maintenance requests the maintenance workers were not getting the requests because they were just throwing away our requests! Literally. Management has now changed but nothing about the apartments have changed... Would not recommend unless you absolutely have no other options.

      Benson Estates Apartments is a beautiful apartment community that offers luxury amenities such as sparkling pool, fitness center and grilling courtyards. Each apartment boasts open concept floor plan, central air, fully equipped state of the art European kitchen with granite counter-tops, spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets, large bathroom and private patio/balcony. We are located just outside the entrance to Fort Gordon – also referred to as Camp Gordon – one of the oldest military establishments, dating since 1917.
