Rude personnel. No warning when they are gonna shut off water. They don't send any electronic notification when a bill is due as most any reputable company will. Easy for paper bills to get lost in all of the junk mail that people receive nowadays. Autopay is difficult to get set up as you can't do it online. I suspect they enjoy the extra income from shutting off your water in the middle of the day and having you pay the reconnect fees, otherwise they would have a notification system as well as an autopay feature.

Lady on the phone was super nice but not helpful. Had billing issue where it showed payment was payed. Did no go through due to error on third party, she stated. Had to pay extra to have water turned back on because of "error", have never missed a payment before and the there is zero concern of taking care of customer or resolving the matter, just pay extra fees we cant speak on.

Nice friendly employees at the office and in the field. Department seems to be properly staffed as they are always working when you see them. When water line broke and we were away from home they had a one time fee assist of 50% savings. That really helped.
