        Worst ever! And today a year later they just keep proving they are the worst. Ready for them to pick this tank up so I I can be done!

        We have rented a tank and bought propane for over 10 years from Drake Gas. Drake sold the business to Suburban Propane and customer service went downhill fast. We have had two leaks in 6 months and three service visits. No offer to refund lost propane. No effort to get us propane quickly. Not real effort or care to make sure we were happy and had a safe and usable tank. Technician kept saying we didn't have a leak and actually told us we were smelling the empty tank not a leak. Really? Smelling LP gas outside the tank near a fitting because the tank is empty? We would go 12-15 months on a tank and our tank emptied in less than 6 months this last time. Told them to come get the tank and I'll find another company for my propane needs. I'm done with Suburban Propane forever.

        Staying at Watsadler Campground. Needed propane. Drove here. Big propane filling station. The lady on the office abruptly told us she was the only person in the office and "I'm not filling any gas tanks." Rude and completely unprofessional. Wish I could give them less than 1 star.
