Called for a quote on a regular cleaning, and I was very accommodating to them and their schedule. They came out, looked around the house, said "we'll call you with the quote" and I never heard back. I texted and called over a period of several weeks to see what was up, but they ghosted me. If they were professionals, the least they could do is say, "sorry, but we're not taking the job."

We were absolutely thrilled with the deep cleaning Powell Home Services did on our Lake Hartwell vacation cabin just in time for the holidays. It was so nice to walk into a spotlessly clean and fresh smelling home, and be able to relax and enjoy our time there. Nothing was overlooked. Jessie even worked some serious magic on my copper kitchen sink! I was very impressed with the communication we received - from the quick response to my initial inquiry, coming out to do a quote, getting us promptly scheduled and during the cleaning day itself, Jessie and Chris were very friendly and professional. It is obvious they take great pride in their work and the services they provide! We look forward to having them out again next month and becoming regular clients. Thank you Jessie & Chris!

We just started using Powell Home Services and are already impressed with their level of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Our house looked immaculate! It is obvious that they take pride in their work and they truly care, plus they understand the short-term rental business. As a vacation rental owner, it is crucial that housecleaning be top-notch. We tried a couple of companies but never trusted that our house could be turned over to guests without us having to personally check behind and make sure that it was cleaned to our standards (unfortunately it often was not). With Jessie and Chris however, we finally have trust and confidence that our house will be guest-ready. Highly recommend! Services: Standard cleaning, General housekeeping
