        Room 109 had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the marble floor threshold in the bath came out. Room was sold as smoke free but distinctive smell of smoke with heavy overlay of plug in fragrance. Chips in wall paint. Very old bedspreads. Room 3 weeks ago was totally clean and repainted with new floor. Noteworthy details: Simple,quick breakfast bar.
