Mr. Nesmith was hired by my family to rep a family member. My first conversation with him about his client told me all i needed to know. He's very rude over the phone. I felt like i was talking to a spoiled child instead of an attorney. Never answer the phone or return calls. He puts his personal business before his professional business. In my opinion, when you give someone a very substantial amount of money, they owe you something in return. If you want an attorney that doesn't return calls and doesn't care about his clients, then this is the attorney for you. I personally think these small town representatives don't have an ounce of compassion for others. I've never been in legal trouble, but i still have compassion for those who have. We all make bad choices at some point in our lives, but that doesn't mean anyone should be degraded disregarded or treated like trash. We're in this life together, people. Let's ALL show a little kindness. God abhors those who take advantage of people who are powerless, who are going through a series of difficulties, or who are in compromising situations. Those who exploit the needy, week, poor, or disadvantaged must know that God sees their actions and will hold them accountable. Those who are in distress must keep their faith in God, trusting that he sees, cares, and will send his help at the right time. Those of us who fit neither category need to be working for the deliverance and blessing of those who are facing difficulties and hardships. #nomoresmalltowncoruption I'm not sure how to forgive this man for convincing our family to make the absolute wrong decision about where to send our loved one.

Chris and his team got me through my divorce it was a very difficult time in my life . One of the first things he said to me was "you need to be honest on all your papers that you do for the court system", man was he right, it worked. Him and his team helped me so much. They were all straight forward with me, very honest team. It took almost a year to get through this divorce and they were there for me every time I needed them. It was a great experience working with Chris and his team. I would use them again in a min. The best law team ever.

Chris and his team are amazing. I went thru a divorce and did not look so good for me. But these guys helped phenomenal and it all worked out for me. Nice and friendly. Always helpful and they are there for you.
