Apex Tree Removal and Trimming, LLC

Essentially great communication and they were confident they could assist with what I needed. They were paid immediately and then disappeared. All communication ceased. As I am out of town, I was not even sure if they did the job because they ignored my communication and did not initially send photos. They finally sent me 2 pics that are not clear if they resolved both issues we discussed when they were hired. They raised a concern a something damaged on the property but when I asked about it they went ghost. I would not recommend a company that offers ZERO follow up. Especially, when I paid them immediately when I got the invoice, in full. Now I will have to go hire a different company and pay more money to complete the job to code. DO BETTER! I have called, texted, and emailed. It has been about 2 weeks now and NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

Apex removed a stump and root ball for us while they were across the street getting a pine off a roof. Great crew and all smiles as they were helping those affected by a recent storm in the area. Won't hesitate to give them a call again!

They professionally removed four trees in about three to four hours. Once they finished grinding away the stumps, you could not tell that the trees were ever there. I highly recommend them.

After dealing with a couple other tree services in Valdosta after previous storms did damage to our home, we received high recommendations about Apex from several other customers and utilized their services right after the hurricane and then later to remove multiple tall pines to give us peace of mind in future storms. We were amazed at the quality and professionalism of the entire process with Apex. From the quick and fair priced estimate to the skilled and precise tree climbers, efficient and complete stump grinding, and the hardworking cleanup crew, the experience was amazing! I highly recommend Apex for any tree service, large or small. They go the extra mile to make sure the job is done safely and efficiently and always provide a thorough cleanup that we have not experienced with other tree companies. Having to avoid power boxes, septic tanks, fences, a dog kennel and a pool while taking down multiple tall pines, was no easy task, but they carefully assessed each situation and with amazing precision, the trees were dropped in exactly the area they planned! I am so thankful for the entire Apex crew and all their hard work start to finish! Great company!!
