        Exceptional service, Coffee warm or cold is like no other. Most all of the red owls Ive been to were good, but this location is by far the best!

        I had the same drink at Starbucks, Ellianos (Adel) and Red Owl and Red Owl was far superior in every way. The ingredients seem of higher quality and you can taste it! So Amazing. The employees know what theyre doing and the overall experience surpassed all my expectations!

        Recently stopped by in the evening. Ordered a hot chocolate and French vanilla cappuccino. The drinks were barely hot. The hot chocolate was clumpy and the cappuccino was very milky and not enough espresso and barely any flavoring. The service was otherwise good. The location by Big Lots is my usual stop. The Bemiss location is also equally great. Still disappointed though.
