OOOOOO when I tell you WORST experience. I had to take my sister to get shots and granted there was a lot of stuff I should have been aware of before hand I wasnt . This lady names Brianna had a whole attitude the ENTIRE time like it was just horrible would not recommend Ill go to Richmonds!!!!

Normally the service and help is great but there's one man who answers the phones that isn't very professional or helpful. He constantly interrupts and sounds very condescending when he speaks to you.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. They are very rude! Especially, Mr. Anthony. They seem to forget we the tax payers pay there salary.

I was treated very rudely amd poorly by the receptionist. She sassed me immediately when I spoke to her and insulted me before I could get a few words out. She got an attitude with me, because I didn't try to enter the building before 8 when they open. I tried to tell her the parking lot was empty and used google to see they didn't open until 8. It didn't made sense to me to try to go into a building with no cars in the parking lot and that wasn't technically open yet. She snapped, telling me I should have just walked inside, which doesn't make any sense. When the appointment was made, I should have been informed that though the location isn't open until 8am, appointments can be made earlier to avoid future confusion. She, then, said i must have pulled up to the wrong address. I told her the address, explained my gps led me to the correct location (I saw the sign on the building so I know I'm right), and she doubled down. The woman hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. Never have I been treated so terribly anywhere else. If I could rank this place as zero stars. I would.
