Terrible haircut and service took 3 hours just for a haircut never come back again

We called and the guy who answered said a 3 yr olds haircut was $10. Got there, the sign said $15, haircut over and done poorly, total $30.

I had the most appalling experience at this barbershop - if it were possible, I would give it zero stars. I walked in with the intention of getting a haircut for my son, only to be met with complete ignorance from the staff. When I asked who was available to cut his hair, it seemed like nobody had any clue, let alone bothered to inform me that no one was available at all. Just as I was about to leave in frustration, another barber from the shop stopped me and claimed that he could handle the job. Naturally, I expressed that I wanted a temper fade for my son's haircut. But oh boy, let me tell you, the final result was far from satisfactory. The so-called temper fade he gave my son was a complete disappointment. The back and the sides didn't even resemble a proper temper fade. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to charge me a whopping $25 for a haircut that appeared no different from a simple tape cut. It was an absolute rip-off! I had actually chosen this barbershop based on my son's previous positive experience about a year ago, when he came here with his uncle. They did an excellent job back then, and I had high expectations this time as well. Unfortunately, the service this time around was abysmal, and the haircut itself was simply horrendous. Needless to say, I will never set foot in this barbershop again.
