Your car was abandoned in the middle of the deceleration lane going to our business. This was a hazard as we have a lot of traffic and large trucks coming in and out of our business daily. We were open for business yesterday when it was abandoned before 6pm. Had there been any form of contact with us we would have been glad to assist in moving it to a safer location. There was no attempt made to let anyone with our company know you were broke down or coming back. You obviously are good at reaching someone so all you had to do was reach out. Just a few short years ago Sheriff Stewart was killed within 1/4 mile of where this vehicle was abandon. About 10 years ago the waitress from Buffalo's died where the big pink cross is less than 250 feet from where your car was left. This is a very dangerous location for non-working vehicles. I myself had difficulty getting in our driveway this morning. I was nearly rear ended because of traffic at 8 AM slamming on brakes to miss me turning instead of using the deceleration lane. We did call the Sheriff's dept this morning around 11AM and advised them of the hazard but was unaware it would be towed. Usually I see abandoned vehicles with orange warning stickers for several days before they are removed. Had there been any form of communication with our office this situation would have turned out completely different. Your bad reviews on social media and Google are unwarranted. We were attempting to keep our business safe to all the people using the highway. The traffic count for this area exceeds 17,150 vehicles/day. Sorry for your bad experience with our company, but had there been any communication with us the results would have been much different.
