    This place was near my hotel and I was craving Capt. D's so I stopped in. Just one person in dining room already eating and no other customers inside. It was 9:30 and they were closing shortly so I understood just having the drive thru cashier taking orders. I ordered the 3pc fish dinner and when I tried to hand her the card for payment she me move down to the front of the drive thru and hand my card over a 6ft wall. Seriously? She couldn't have just taken my card and walked over herself instead of having me walk over and hand my card over a wall? It took 18 minutes to get my food out to me. I don'[t understand this bc there were no customers. When I got back to my hotel I found I had no utensils, napkins, or tartar sauce for my fish. Additionally, the person who trayed up and bagged my food was eating a chocolate chip cookie or maybe brownie while she was handling my food AND WITHOUT GLOVES. Since I had no utensils I was unable to eat the side of slaw. The portions I got were small and I already felt I wasn't getting my money's worth. I'd ordered the new spicey fish and the three of them together were about the size of one piece of the classic battered fish. I would recommend passing on the spicey and just going for classic batter since I was still quite hungry after eating the meal. They reduced the portion on their fries as well and of course I had no utensils so I didn't get to eat the slaw. The dining room was fairly clean but their was several pools of cocktail sauce on the counter where I ordered. Someone had spilled the sauce when breaking down the condiment station and just left it. It was there when I walked in and there when I left. It's very clear the crew needs additional training, the customer service was inexcusable. The dining room looked

A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning.
