I decided to have a birthday party for my daughter at the last minute, less than 3 weeks away. The Pony Patch was quick to respond, polite, and was able to squeeze us in with not 1, but 2 ponies. Kim was very nice over the phone and email (whereas other companies were actually snide or rude and berated me for waiting until the last minute to inquire about booking!). On the day of the birthday party, the guys and ponies arrived on time (well actually, about 10 minutes early I think). They were mild-mannered, pleasant. All the kids were amazed and loved the ponies and didnt want them to leave! Just a heads up, no balloons around the ponies! I had no idea, and had the genius idea it wouldve made for a great picture/video for my daughter to hold some of her birthday balloons while on one of the ponies. Dont try it! I cant remember the ponies names that we had, but they were a nice size, very healthy looking, long well groomed tails/hair, and the bigger lighter one was adorned to look like a unicorn. When they left, you would have never known that there had been any animals there. No bathroom droppings, no messed up grass patches, no different smells, nothing! My daughter is already saying for her next birthday she wants 5 ponies.great booking/experience!

We booked The Pony Patch for a birthday party and it was a dream come true. The company was prompt and professional. The kids were speechless and had so much fun. The ponies were beautiful and were gentle with the children. I highly recommend The Pony Patch for your special occasion.
