Called Mr. Shane about our tub not draining and he answered the phone immediately. He was at the house within 30 minutes and had everything fixed within 10. It could not have been a better experience. I highly recommend using Shane and his company and he will definitely be the first person we call in the future.

Called about fixing a busted pipe after my regular person was too busy. Called he responded quickly was very professional came the next day at the time he said and was very reasonably priced. He was great and I will use and recommended them for any plumbing needs.

We've used this plumber several times now and will continue to use them! He's fast, efficient, always shows up early, and is very professional and communicative. Will definitely use for future projects and will recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done!

Shane was a life saver today. Came out on Sunday, fixed our link underneath the kitchen sink and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Will use again and gladly refer him to others!

Mr Shane was truly amazing! I don't usually write reviews, but he deserves this one. I would have never thought I would be calling a plumber for a frozen pipe in GA...but here we are, lol. I called multiple plumbers and couldn't get anyone to come out...but Mr Shane really saved the day. He's very friendly and gave me so much useful information as a first time home owner. I will continue to use him, he definitely is worth it!
