My pipe broke from the toilet on the second floor late Saturday evening. We had to shut off the water to our house because of a leak. We called Brandon from Southern Roots and he went out of his way to drive 40 miles to fix the broken pipe. He was very professional and displayed excellent customer service. Brandon is amazing! He was Fast, Affordable, Clean, and Reliable. I couldnt believe how fast he got here. It was only a hour after I called and he was a very polite gentlemen. He showed me ways to prevent it from happing again and even explained and showed how it happened . Will use again.

Brandon at Southern Roots is extremely professional. I have used his services several times and he is the only person I call when in need of a plumber. I appreciate his timely response and his knowledge of what causes issues and how to prevent them in the future. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.
