These people right here are scum. I would never use this pawnshop ever again they over They overcharge your customers and lied to you and then when you ask about they want to call you a liar

Walked in looking a new local pawnshop to be a customer of and noticed a pure water filter new in the box that I decided to buy. Drove across the street to sonic while in the drive through realized that the product did not filter fluoride! I returned to the store where the gentleman that checked me out looked at the still unopened product and said no we dont do refunds I asked, really? He then exclaimed, Yes. Imagine buying a product that was opened and did not perform as was promisedor if they have any return policy at all. Well Im happy to review my personal experience and hope that my experience and truthful review will give customers an overview that will make them aware of what to expect as a new 1st time customer with no attitude or negative dialogue with the sales person this Saturday. I usually spend 100,000$+ at pawnshops that carry firearms each year but they lost out on that opportunity over 10 measly dollars.
