Absolute trash. Court order mental heal evaluation for my sister. Took her up there 4 times to try to get in. They turned us around because they only do walk ins the first time. Second time: they only allow 4 walk ins a day and we were the 5th. 3rd time: they need a supervisor to accept cash payments rather than insurance. 4th time: the supervisor declined cash payment after us waiting in the parking lot since 630.
Shut this place down. Reporting to bbb later today. Also, reporting to solicitors office.
And we wonder why we have so many mass shootings. People cant even get help.

Not very professional dirty waiting room vomit still there from 3 weeks prior won't return phone calls doesn't communicate well just plain rude

I am saddened that I even have to write this review but the young white lady in the front the skinny one maybe in her mid 30s needs to be fired for discrimination she is nasty and racist I'm a literally amental health patient coming to get my injection God don't like ugly I was extremely mannerable and respectful and you treated me with utter disrespect.

Nurse Tammy is the only good thing about this place. Just as bad as the Thomaston office. They should have more compassionate workers since this is a mental health facility. Do yall really think staff with nasty attitudes is going to help patients?!
