        This office is a complete Joke . They have butchered this account from the very beginning . I have been trying for a month to get vehicles removed from my account they have charged me for . I have been trying to get an umbrella account deleted from my account since I opened the policy a year ago . As soon as my Money is returned I will be Firing Mrs. Sanchez for extremely poor performance and unprofessionalism . I am sure there is an American Family agent out there that 1- Listens to its customers and 2- answers the customers emails . You cant even contact her directly . Frankly this office is below a 1.
