Holiday Inn Express & Suites Griffin, an IHG Hotel

Horrible service. DO NOT book this hotel through a third service (Expedia, etc.) They will require you to give them your actual credit card number for their filejust in case you break something in the room. I booked two employees thru Expedia. The hotel wants my card written down on a sheet and emailed to them to cover any incidentals. Ive stayed at many Holiday Inns and have never been asked this.

Very clean and modern room with nice attention to details. There is a chaise lounge in the room I had, There was a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and hair dryer. They have refillable hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap dispensers instead of the small bottles. They provide makeup face wipes as well. There was an odd space when I walked in, essentially into an empty room that has 3 walls of doors: hall door, bathroom door, and doorway to the bedroom (not an actual door). Continental breakfast was quite good with a variety of options for food and drinks. There's a nice gym and the outdoor pool looked nice and clean, but it was closed. Staff was very friendly.

I came in this weekend to purchase a hotel room while in town for business. Once arriving and stepping into the lobby I had to unlock my card so I stepped aside, and while getting that situated I was approached by the front desk lady ( Olivia) yelling at me asking if I had a room. I told her not yet, and continued. She then threatened to call police if I didnt leave and got very rude. Very bad experience wouldnt recommend they have done this twice on two separate occasions.

Clean, Their breakfast is wonderful. a friendly staff ,very helpful .I would definitely recommend. Nearby activities: Movie theater ,Shopping I had my truck serviced # Oil change
