Order over 100 dollars worth of chicken asked for some plates and tell me they do not have plates and the workers look like they dont want to be there its the worst popeye never goi g back there

First, I Ordered 24 pcs wings through the app 20 min before I got there and chose the pick up on the inside option. Once I got there the line was wrapped around the building and doors were locked, so I called inside to let them know I was there to pick up my order. The lady that answered told me I had to wait in line and go around to the speaker. So, I proceeded to wait in the long line for another 15 min, once I got to the speak the individual told me to drive around to the front. I then drove to the front of the line and parked by the door so they could hand me my food once they got outside. I started playing on my phone and after about 10 minutes, I then looked in my rearview and saw that all of the cars that I was behind were now gone and the car that was behind me was gone as well. I called in the restaurant again to see what was going on and if they forgot about me. The young lady said they DID forget about me and my food was on the way. I waited another 2 minutes before they brought my food out. The only good thing is that the food I received was hot but the counter to that is 3 of the 4 flavors I ordered were WRONG!! Please see the picture of the Wings they did get correct... Supposed to be honey BBQ but drizzled the sauce on them instead of tossing them in the BBQ sauce. Extremely Disappointed. I originally gave two stars on everything but now I need to revise. Just typing this pissed me off again.

They are very rudely and their lobby has not once been open after Covid has stopped. Its unbelievable! If I could or had the option I would star them a 0.
