Landscape rake is inoperable.
They offered to fix it and charge me a fee to deliver it to the job site 9 miles away for $150. No thanks I'll take my business else where. This should of been checked by a technician before they tried to rent it out.
Where is the customer service?
Maintenance and basic checks SHOULD BE A PRIORITY in the rental business.
