      image Purchased a perfume yesterday, that was too strong for my 9 year old daughter. I came in my reciept the woman claimed she couldnt exchange it because I opened the box. I had a white stranger I met outside go in and she was able to exchange the perfume for me. Its sad that RUE 21 employees are ignorant!!!! I will never shop here again!!
