Love this company!!! I found them through a lularoe and more Facebook page I used to frequent, and been obsessed ever since! I've order from them a lot over the years and I'm on the west coast. Shipping is pretty quick as well. I ordered stuff oct 27th, and received it oct 31st! Tonya and her staff are amazing, and always have answered any questions I have had fairly quickly.
I just want to note, since I can't reply to others....As a person whom works in customer service for a living, although Tonya may have been slightly sassy about it, she was not wrong. You were pretty rude as well IMO. It specifically states NOT to order pre-order with ready to ship ON the pre-order page of whatever item you're wanting, so it's pretty straight forward in my opinion on what to do and not do. At least she was nice enough to reach out to help fix your mistake. Plus, you should always read online store policies... what if you order something and it doesn't fit!?
